The service

Loge Compagnon is a conversational companion based on artificial intelligence: you choose a fictional character, personalise it and talk with it in writing and, with the Lien plan, by voice call. The companion is not a person. Creating an account means accepting the terms in force.

Access reserved for adults

The service is reserved for individuals aged 18 or over. Sign-up asks for the date of birth, checked to the exact day (only the year is kept), and a declaration of adulthood; voice calls also require a first card payment authenticated with 3-D Secure. Any false declaration leads to the account being closed.

The service is not offered to people connecting from the United States: sign-up, sign-in and the personal space are closed there.

What the companion is, and what it is not

• It is an artificial intelligence: it says so from the start, answers honestly when asked, and a reminder appears at least every three hours.
• It can be wrong. Its replies are not medical, legal or financial advice.
• It is not an emergency service nor professional psychological support. In distress, call 3114 (France, 24/7, free) or 112 in immediate danger.
• It never talks to you about prices or payment, does not hold you back and encourages you to keep in touch with your loved ones.

Content rules

Allowed: everyday conversation, moral support, organisation, humour, tenderness and light flirting expressed without eroticism. Forbidden, from you as from the companion:

• any sexual content, including suggested or role-played, and any nudity;
• any content involving a minor, or any depiction of a character who looks like a minor;
• impersonating a real person;
• violent, hateful or harassing content, or content encouraging self-harm;
• using the service to deceive, harass or harm others, or to bypass its protections.

Plans, credits, payment and cancellation

Plans and credit packs are shown, with their prices including VAT, on the home page. The Lien subscription is paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe and renews tacitly each month. You can cancel at any time, online, at no cost: Account page, “Cancel your contract”, then confirmation; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For credits, which are supplied immediately, purchase requires ticking a box waiving the right of withdrawal.

Suspension, liability, governing law

ASphere may suspend or close an account in case of breach of the terms, in particular the content rules. You can delete your account at any time. The service is subject to an obligation of means. The terms are governed by French law; in case of dispute, you can turn to a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform.
