Who is responsible

ASPHERE is responsible for the processing carried out by the Loge Compagnon service.

Account and age check

• The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. The date of birth and the “I am 18 or older” box are requested at sign-up; a sign-up declaring an age under 18 is refused.
• The date of birth is used only to check, to the exact day, that you are at least 18. Only the year of birth is kept: the day and month are neither stored nor logged.
• Before voice calls, a first card payment authenticated with 3-D Secure serves as an additional check; we keep only the payment’s date and reference, never the card data.
• If a conversation suggests that you are a minor, the account is suspended until your age is verified.

Conversations and confidences

Your messages and the companion’s replies are kept to display the conversation and let the companion remember it. You may confide sensitive information (health, emotional life, opinions): we process it only with your express consent, requested through a box separate from the terms, which you can withdraw at any time.

• Replies: with each message, the recent conversation is sent, through a gateway hosted in France, to OpenAI models in the United States, which write the reply. Neither ASphere nor OpenAI uses your conversations to train a model.
• Retention: each message is deleted automatically 90 days after it was sent. You can erase one companion’s history, or all of them, at any time in one click.
• Moderation: each message is analysed automatically to remove prohibited content (sexual content, content involving minors, violence) and to detect distress. Nobody at ASphere reads your conversations, except to examine a report or a block, on the messages concerned only.
• Voice calls: only the length of the call is kept, to count your minutes.

Payment and cookies

Payments go through Stripe; we never receive or keep your card number. Audience measurement is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the banner; Google sign-in only if you use it or accept the banner. The language you choose is remembered in a cookie (loge_langue) and in your browser’s local storage.

Processors and transfers outside the EU

Scaleway (France) hosts the service. OpenAI (United States) writes the replies. Stripe handles payments. Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the French authority (CNIL, cnil.fr). Write to us through the Loge contact form with the subject “Personal data”.
